The U.S. Virgin Islands
The U.S. Virgin Islands consist of four unique islands, each offering distinct experiences. St. Thomas is known for its vibrant nightlife and shopping, St. John boasts pristine national parks and serene beaches, St. Croix features rich history and cultural diversity, while Water Island provides a tranquil escape with stunning views. Whether you're looking to invest in real estate or find your dream vacation home, each island has something special to offer.
St. Thomas
Home to Charlotte Amalie, the capital of the U.S. Virgin Islands. This gorgeous mountainous terrain is 32 square miles. Take a walking tour of downtown Charlotte Amalie and examine the historical buildings still standing, including Fort Christian, the Frederick Lutheran Church, Hotel 1829, Grand Hotel, the Jewish Synagogue, the 99 Steps, and more. Sit on the newly built waterfront pier and watch cruise ships sail in and out of our port.
St. Thomas is also known as " Rock City". It is known for its spectacular dining experiences, bustling shopping district, clear and pristine beaches, and active nightlife.
St. John
St. John is 20 square miles, and over half of the island has been preserved by the National Park since 1956. Known for its numerous hiking trails that take you back in history, and snorkeling sites where you can swim with sea turtles.
The beaches on St. John are exactly what you see on postcards. Untouched beauty, white sand beaches, the experience on St. John connects you back to nature, no filters, no additives, but pure nature.
St. John is also known as "Love City". Fall in love with our beautiful Virgin Islands.
St. Croix
St. Croix, also known as the "Big Island," is the largest at 84 square miles. St. Croix was previously ruled by seven different countries (Spain, England, the Netherlands, France, the Knights of Malta, and Denmark) before being purchased by the United States in 1917.
The island has a distinct history and cultural heritage that sets it apart. It is known for its historical landmarks, world-famous Cruzan Rum, architecture, food, botanical gardens, family events, beautiful beaches, and music (Quelbe & Quadrille).
A vibe like no other.
Water Island
In 1996, Water Island officially became the fourth of the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is 0.77 square miles. To get to Water Island, there is a regularly scheduled 10-minute ferry service from Crown Bay, Saint Thomas, to Phillips Landing, Water Island.
In 1944, the U.S. government purchased Water Island to serve as a site to protect the submarine base on St. Thomas.
Water Island is unique in its own special way. There are no stop lights, no big highways, and no executive buildings. This is a quiet, tranquil location to purchase your home. Enjoy views of the Caribbean Sea from just about every area on Water Island.
